I will now (with the help of my 2IC) decide when and who will be promoted.

Can I add at this point that it would also be prudent to check where we are before trying to ask questions. It is very distracting when in the thick of battle, questions are asked that could very well have waited a few more minutes.

In addition, if it takes long for a response, don't be impatient. An answer will come, the delay is probably due to the fact that people are busy with something that requires higher than average concentration.
